Refurbishment and new build of an existing airport building including a new building to provide Dubai Airport with a new VIP Al Majilis facility. The building features a new entrance lobby, lounges, Duty Free, customs, immigration and baggage screening areas. The new facility caters for both departure and arrivals of VIP guests.
