Under this program, Emirati graduates can apply for an eight-week internship program to explore and develop their careers across many departments in the business.

Throughout this course they will gain practical experience and develop critical skills for transition into the construction industry after graduation.

What Will You Learn?

You will learn the fundamentals of working in the construction industry. You will be mentored by various construction industry professionals and leaders across different departments of the company. Furthermore, the program will help you develop a strong work ethic, improve your conflict resolution skills, and promote critical thinking as well.
