The Tahadiy program is a collaboration between Innovation and People & Culture. This program runs for 36-weeks with the main objective of helping build an innovative and continuous learning culture in ALEC, engaging employees’ creativity and energy on real business issues to unlock hidden innovation potential, providing all employees with a chance to participate in a development program within the company.
THRIVE is a Leadership Development program designed by our people and culture team. In this 18-month program, mid-management level leaders are supported on their journey to becoming senior leaders and are challenged to cultivate a continuous learning attitude. It is ultimately about nurturing their emotional intelligence in order to improve their ability to manage people.
As part of ALEC’s commitment to the progress of its Emirati community, a development programme has been created known as ‘Mustaqbal’ which translates to ‘The Future’.
This comprehensive year-long program has been designed to elevate the application of knowledge and academic learning amongst Emiratis, while simultaneously providing collaborative group work opportunities and cultivating teamwork skills that align with our core values.
