The Tahadiy program is a collaboration between Innovation and People & Culture. This program runs for 36-weeks with the main objective of helping build an innovative and continuous learning culture in ALEC, engaging employees’ creativity and energy on real business issues to unlock hidden innovation potential, providing all employees with a chance to participate in a development program within the company.
THRIVE
THRIVE is a Leadership Development program designed by our people and culture team. In this 18-month program, Emirati mid-management level leaders are supported on their journey to becoming senior leaders and are challenged to cultivate a continuous learning attitude. It is ultimately about nurturing their emotional intelligence in order to improve their ability to manage people.
Evolve (Tatawar)
As part of our Evolve program, new graduates and high potentials are exposed to the culture and requirements of the construction industry through a variety of learning initiatives. Through tailored personal development planning, the program enhances their career development prospects.
