Described as a stalwart of the region’s construction industry, Kez Taylor has been ranked first in this year’s CBNME Power Hour List, thanks to a combination of 20 years at the helm of ALEC Engineering and Contracting, while overseeing some of the Gulf’s most high-profile projects.

Known as a staunch supporter of technological transformation, Taylor has successfully overseen the ongoing digital transformation of ALEC and its subsidiaries, while further integrating existing technologies such as ERP and BIM utilization for higher performance and data-driven decision making.

As a contractor, ALEC has recently handed over several major projects including Jumeirah Living Marina Gate and the Dubai Hills Mall amongst others, while continuing its work on One Za’abeel and the Expo 2020 Mobility Pavilion.
