KSA Pavilion – Expo 2020
KSA Pavilion is the second largest self-build pavilion at Expo 2020 after UAE Pavilion. It is a daunting challenge to deliver such a unique project in a short period of time commencing with excavation, steel structure, façade, finishes & landscape while maintaining the quality standards required for LEED certifications. The KSA pavilion continues to remain as one of the most sustainable projects at District 2020.
Dubai Hills Mall
The solar panels that were installed at Dubai Hills Mall have the capability to produce 10,500,000 kWh/unit of electrical energy a year, the mall opened in February 2022 and is now operational and generating electricity from over 20,000 panel units. During the construction of this project, 50% water was saved in blockwork curing by introducing high-end nozzles, which also increased efficiency and made the whole process 60% quicker.
Mobility Pavilion – Expo 2020
The Mobility Pavilion as a sustainable project is certified by LEED considering it as a Green Building as it meets the needs of the present without compromising its ability to sustain itself for the future.
