ALEC tops out the final tower at Select Group’s Jumeirah Living Marina Gate Residence project in Dubai Marina

ALEC celebrates the top out of the third tower at Marina Gate alongside Select Group and Jumeirah.
The final concrete for the upper roof slab of Jumeirah Living at Marina Gate, the third building in Select Group’s $1bn (AED4bn) three-tower development, has been placed by UAE contractor ALEC. It marks a significant milestone for the Dubai Marina megaproject, with the third and final tower now topped out.
With the envelope sealed, main contractor ALEC and its subsidiaries ALEMCO – its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) arm – and ALEC FITOUT can work together to complete the final tower in time for Q2 2020. It is the first large-scale construction project that ALEC has worked on with subsidiaries ALEMCO and ALEC FITOUT.
