ALEC features in MEED in an article on how they are embracing innovation within the company. The adoption of technologies such as 3D printing will be the norm in the coming years and companies need to be ready for it. Younger people are propagating change, and as technology evolves, it will become cheaper, making adoption easier. Costs and materials will get cheaper, making it easier for the industry to adapt to these changes. We are actively looking at modular construction and have tested drones for surveillance on one of our projects.
